Production
From the first sketch and material selection, right through to a piece’s aesthetics and its function in the city
Wood processing
Rooted in sustainability
Carefully selected timbers from controlled sources are transformed into street furniture in our workshop, together with glass, concrete and aluminium. Wood has more than just an aesthetic function in public spaces; it also gives urban concrete monoliths greater humanity and naturality, helping to create more pleasant places to live.
Surface treatments
Ready whatever the weather
Wind, rain, cold, heat or humidity. We select and process our materials so that they can withstand the fierce heat of the Sahara desert, the icy cold at the peak of Mont Blanc, or the humid climes of Rio de Janeiro. That is why all metal parts of our products are galvanised to protect against not only extreme weather, but everyday use and the bustle of the city too.
Sandblasting
Metallisation
Powder coating
Completion and quality control
Fine-tuned to the very last detail
We connect all the parts of the product together to ensure they can stand up to the test. All of this is done carefully, by hand, and with love before exporting. The long process of production is now complete, and its real life as street furniture can begin.
